Standard installation
So let’s get started and we will start with the conditions of standard installation. Everything is quite difficult and it is difficult to independently determine at a glance what kind of installation you will have.
Each company has its own set of works and the definition of a standard (basic) installation. Standard (basic) installation includes 4m of interconnections +2m of power supply to the socket +2m of cable channel for power supply +0.5m of cable channel for interconnection communications + installation of the indoor and outdoor unit in 1 stage + commissioning (starting the air conditioner/split- systems). If according to the results of the measurement, additional materials and work are needed, then the cost increases. So, the conditions themselves:
- If the route between the blocks is less than 4 meters
- There are no additional structures on the facade of the building, such as facade tiles, insulation, etc. just a normal brick or concrete panel wall.
- All communications of the interblock route are laid in a plastic cable channel inside the apartment, while our standard includes up to 0.5 m of a plastic cable channel
- Power cable from the air conditioner to a socket or plug where you can connect up to 2m
- No additional drilling or wall chasing required
- The external block of the split system is located under the window, the internal one is almost near the window
- Cable channel with a size of 60 * 60 up to half a meter for laying the route
- Wall thickness should not exceed 50-60 cm
- The drain pipe coming from the indoor unit of the air conditioner is brought out into the street and condensate also drips into the street

- The installation is in two stages if you want. The first stage is the chasing of the route and the laying of communications, the installation of the external unit and the second stage – after the completion of the repair work, the installation of the internal unit and commissioning of the system.
- If the length of the interblock communication exceeds 4 m, then each additional meter is considered separately, depending on how much the extension will be. The cost of work for each additional meter is also added.
- There are facade tiles, insulation, siding and other materials that prevent the installation of an outdoor unit
- If you decide to install the indoor unit of the air conditioner not next to the window, this is basically always non-standard, since the length of the route and consumables increases, as well as questions like where to drain the drain.
- If you need to additionally drill the interior, balconies and any other walls. The cost increases depending on the number and thickness of the walls. Also, if wall chasing is required for laying the route, this is also considered separately, depending on the number of meters of chasing and wall material.
- Installation of additional equipment (WI-Fi module, pump, ionization, humidification, etc.) is also considered non-standard installation.
