Coffs Harbour Accommodation Recommendations

There are many hotel choices in and around the city of Coffs Harbour, being midway between Brisbane and Sydney. It’s a great halfway stopping point for those who are road-tripping and looking to separate the trip between the two great cities. There are various accommodation options to fit all sorts of different budgets from fancy resorts to caravan parks.

If you’re looking for an amazing resort experience in your stay in Coffs Harbour, here are some of the best recommendations we have for you:

Meanwhile, if you want to find a quick relaxing overnight stop before you get back on the road, here are some suggestions:

These two accommodations are near the Pacific Highway and close to dinner options too. You won’t have to return to your car after you’ve checked in after a long day of driving.

For families who are travelling, here are some of the best options for value and convenience:

How to Get Around Coffs Harbour

You can divide Coff Harbour into a couple of sections, although the major part of the city along the Pacific Highway is somewhat easy to walk around. If you have a car then it’s easier to go elsewhere in the city. Once you begin going to major tourist attractions, especially the National Parks then having a car would be a requirement.

With that being said, there is a public bus service around Coffs Harbour, however, it essentially interlinks the closeby towns. The #365 will bring you between the middle of town, the jetty and the primary shopping centre. Try to check Busway’s website for more information.

Things to Do in the Evenings

If you’re looking for things to do in the nighttime or where you can find amazing food, we recommend two places for that! Along the Pacific Highway in the middle of town, you’ll discover a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and bars that are perfect for a variety of tastes and budgets. It would be impossible not to find something to suit what you are looking for in this part of the city.

Furthermore, if you prefer something more delightful end of the spectrum, with lovely views over the water, then you can find cafes and restaurants in the harbour foreshore area that are surely worth checking out.
